Love the product . Ive used this product for 15 years. Ive tried other products but always come back to Hydroxatone. It reduces fine lines and makes me look younger. I always get enticed to try other products but nothing I have used even comes close to the results I get from using Hydroxatone.

User's recommendation: Use this product before you try Botox because you might not need to spend the money on Botox.

Scam bank survey

I got an emmail saying it was an ANZ bank survey with free gift so I did it and the gift was hydroxatone but $1.99 for post you had to give credit card. I stupidly did when box arrived I did not check the invoice. I later found out it's a scam but too late as I had opened cream and so cancelled my credit card. They sent me ems satin I owed $69.95 but my cv was not going through. When I emailed them to say I would pay by other means and to cancel my order the charge is now $180USD for cancelling. I take it the customer ANZ survey was a scam to start with. I going to contact ANZ to let them know. If I don't pay I take it that I get a bad credit rating.

beware of this product as a free gift with a customer survey. They asked for credit card details to have a $1.99 paid on postage and of course now the cost of the items I $180 USD as I had not see the fine print that if you don't send back the products you pay for them and they take the money from the credit card. The customer survey was for my bank ANZ and took 30 secs and Now I think it was not for the bank at all but a scam. I cancelled my credit card so they have been sending me emails for payments and want me to pay up as the order is now being cancelled when apparently by keeping the box I had agreed to them sending me the creams every few months and taking a payment of $69.95 each time Sushmita Hunter

How dare you take money out of my account for the cream. I approved a couple of dollars to receive a sample which I never received and then $94.00 was taken out of my account without my ordering anything. I am a pensioner and that was all the money I had left to live on after paying bills. I am so very angry. I have not even received the so called cream, which I don't want. Replace my money back into my account immediately or legal action will be pursued.I am definitely not interested in your cream and don't want my account used again. Christine Newsome

I ordered a HD antenna a person calls me back later that I cannot understand a couple weeks later I said that build a dollar from multiple people. I get junk mail and Hydroxatone I read where they wanted $70 twice a month for something I don't need are want. I called they said try it for 15 days and not happy keep it pay $30 to cancel. I told them I work outside all year round. I'm 49 years old man and I'm not one of those type of people that cares if I lose my hair are have wrinkles. I would be more interested and hemorrhoid cream. I sent the *** back I didn't do a tracking number didn't think it was necessary. When I say NO I don't want it are need it they need to asept the rejection and move on. I'm not married and not looking money is tight that's why I order the HDTV antenna to get rid of the $100 dollar a month satellite bill. That was ripping me off every month. I've been getting ripped of a lot. I wish I could sue these people and get a million dollars out of their pocket .

I ordered 1 Hydroxatone AM/PM Anti- Wrinkle Complex. The trial was to be $7.95 charged to my credit card. Now I recieved,

6 bags.

a HXTN Toner 3oz also

2 HXTN AM/PM 1oz all 3 items in same bag #1

2 HXTM AM/PM 1 oz bag # 2

2 Bellaplex Rejuvenating Treatment 30ml

1 Instant Effect 30 day packette bag #3

Items in bag 3 were out of boxes & boxes flattened but in bag

1 Somnapure Sleep Aid 30 tabs bag 4 no paperwork

called to cancel & bag 5 was 1 Probio Mune 15 caps, so i called

bag 6 was 1 Probio Mune 30 caps. I was charged a total of $179.79 in all total all in a 5 week period. return $ 22.78

I want to let any unsuspecting consumers know that Hydroxatone skin care will steal your money and lie to you about receiving any packages you return. That's what they did to me! I called to prevent any new charges to my account and I sent them back their stuff. I found the new charge and called them immediately and told them to give me back my money and she told me she couldn't do that and I would have to suckvit up without a tracking number. She didn't apologize or sympathize, just criticize me for not getting that tracking number. I have never had a problem sending packages back, and I do it a lot. So I truely don't believe that they don't have it. I know they stole my $70.00! They trick you into joining their membership and take your money. I'm soooooo pissssed offffff at them. They suck and no one should buy their product..

This company has been stealing money out of my account & I never had a subscription with them, never called them, nor have I done business with them in any way shape or form. I had to cancel my bank card. I'm going to the bank tomorrow to see how much money I can recover. I'll have to file legal action against them for the rest.

Unfortunately I have fallen for the same scam as everyone else.Being promised an intensive undereye cream THAT IS SUPPOSE TO HELP YOUR SKIN, for the small price of $1.99. I would have been better off getting some Vaseline from my local chemist ( at the same price ) and applying that.

THE CREAM IS ***.

Since then even though I have cancelled their very ambiguous free trial period,phoning plus emailing them.They have choosen to ignore this and have helped themselves to my account.NOT ANYMORE ! If only I had read these reviews before hand.WHAT A *** JOB !

As with the others the product arrives with the information that they will be deducting huge amounts and that I have authorised this.I went to the bank immediately closed the account after advice.

Unauthorised transaction of my account up to $300 now for products I never approved to be sent. I only wanted a trial which was advertised for $1.99 and only paid for this. But just found out this morning 3 other transactions has been taken out of my account of nearly $100 each time. I have only barely touched the trial products and I certainly don't need anything else from them now that they have done this. Very unprofessional and I won't encourage anyone to trial their products. Not happy They should send a form for customer to fill in to continue with product or not, not just send more trial products and charge full price for them without approval.

Seems this 'company-NOT' originates itself somewhere out of NJ--because each complaint I've read, including my own---all New Jersery, but different parts of the state???

I will get to the bottom of this!!!

I do not either like the fact that my mother is 75 years old...her husband was trying to do something 'loving' and 'adoring' for her by speaking to this company(NOT). I do have so many important things to do today--but this has taken priority.

I have been in Customer Service two-thirds of my life, and to take advantage of the elderly, especially one such as my mother in my care--is abhorred by me.

Let's see, I repeat, 5 envelopes in the mail at ONE TIME??? Each one looks exactly alike with the same date of TWO WEEKS AGO, promising FORTY DOLLARS of product in each envelope....all dated August 19th, 2015----Nancy Anderson---signature at the bottom of each to a Customer Care number that leads to where, I've yet to find out.

But, I will.
