Hydroxotone hassle

I also got suckered into the endless *** from Hydroxotone/Dermitage. Another shipment arrived this week after having returned and cancelling the 1st shipment. When I called to ask why I was receiving more...I was told they didn't have record that I had cancelled. Ironically, they did have record that I returned shipment #1! I am now inconvenienced with having to send pkg #2 back at my expense. Writing "return to sender" does NOT get acknowledged at their warehouse. They do acknowledge this fact on their policies on the web-site. I now have more time wasted getting the essential RMA number for the return. I am only resorting to writing this complaint(taking more time) in hopes of saving others from this headache! Jan Luquire

Hydroxatone

Hydroxatone, under eye treatment, I ordered this products free trial and paid the required shipping charges of $6.95. The product did not live up to its claims and I returned the product within 30 days. I ordered my product in October 2009 and I received my first and only letter from Hydroxatone in April 2010, stating I'm delinquent and in collections. The company is stating that I never returned the product and is charging me $139.00. I spoke to Jessie at Hydroxatone customer service who told me their computer has it in black and white and it shows no return of my product and there's nothing he can do.

I just ordered the "free trial" a few days ago, and only paid shipping. She told me that every month ( if i'm happy it'll come out of my card) but this looks like a scam now so i'm scared.

When my debit card loads money every two weeks, I will immediately withdraw my funds to prevent future costs (if i am not satisfied). And will cancel online, on telephone, by email.

I don't think they could actually sue you if you have PROOF that you canceled and were not satisfied right? I feel i've been scammed :(

Of course you have to pay at LEAST shipping. Their products are valued at $69.95+ a piece, they're not going to pay shipping AND let you keep it free.

The marketing, advertising, is Under False Pretences and misappropriation and misleading...it is a ***, fraud and a scam....I have sent over 6 emails and everyone comes back from a 'dead letter' office....the email addresses don't exist....they took my credit card details then said that they don't send internationally....I am in Australia....if they don't send internationally how will I get a product, one that I don't want and didn't order...but they said on an order they will send me Hydroxatone...and I didn't order that one....and they have charged me for it....charged me for a product I don't want and obviously won't get to me, and I cannot contact them....they have taken my money Under False Pretences....

I called after hearing that it was a "free" trial and as soon as I heard they wanted me to pay for shipping, I hung up. I had a bad feeling about this. Sorry so many people have had bad experiences with this product and company!
