Yes,well this product is simply bad! It smells like chemicals... After giving it a good try for over 3 months,i have found my skin to be in worse condition, & as a beauty stylist myself i felt i'd been ripped off as i did a simple 'trust factor' when purchasing the product ,as information on the product is very limited. Additionally to speak with customer service was frustrating because of 'males' insisting the product is perfect,@ the same time while not listening to information i wanted to grant,& instead was harshly spoken to.. Not nice when your not from the country & can't get to speak to anybody thats sensible, instead rudeness being their option to solve problems.. When my package eventually arrived,(to Australia)it was a mess inside from damaged bottles... Not happy at all!

Taken for a ride

i thought I was getting a free gift with the choice of return and no charges were to follow but I get told that I owe money, I rang few weeks prior saying I wouldn't get charged (ray) only to be told few days before I could cancel that im being charged. Im livid about how you go about tricking ppl into thinking this way. I want to be able to return the items and not be charged. I do not intend on paying $141.89 and if I do I will not be happy and will let it be heard. I am usually a calm and reasonable person but this has angered me to a level I don't like to ever reach.

Was sent a product that was never ordered. After i had already returned the hyroxatone unopened and cancelled my order. Checking bank today to see if anything else was taken out.without permission.

Sent product that i did not order and did not want. And charged for it.sent it right back after i called and told them i want the money put back in my account. Second time I have had to deal with this *** from them. Would not recommend anyone even look at there site!!!!

Seems this 'company-NOT' originates itself somewhere out of NJ--because each complaint I've read, including my own---all New Jersery, but different parts of the state???

I will get to the bottom of this!!!

I do not either like the fact that my mother is 75 years old...her husband was trying to do something 'loving' and 'adoring' for her by speaking to this company(NOT). I do have so many important things to do today--but this has taken priority.

I have been in Customer Service two-thirds of my life, and to take advantage of the elderly, especially one such as my mother in my care--is abhorred by me.

Let's see, I repeat, 5 envelopes in the mail at ONE TIME??? Each one looks exactly alike with the same date of TWO WEEKS AGO, promising FORTY DOLLARS of product in each envelope....all dated August 19th, 2015----Nancy Anderson---signature at the bottom of each to a Customer Care number that leads to where, I've yet to find out.

But, I will.

Buy hydroxatone at your peril!

I ordered the test product and before my 30 days free trial was up my account was billed. I phoned to complain and cancel my order and was told the account would be closed, the money refunded and no further payment required. They didnt refund but did bill my account again one month later. When I phoned I got exactly the same spiel and asked to speak to the supervisor which I could not and they would not tell me her name. Just be careful before getting involved with this company as after we gave them our card details our account was hit several times by someone in the US sending money to stores and western union transfers! Coincidence? Maybe

You would've been given an RMA# to return the product within 2 weeks from the day that return number was supplied to avoid charges. It clearly states that in the invoice; I ordered the "risk free" trial as well, and it says it on this sheet of paper that says something like 'this is not a bill'.

As far as the identity theft issue, which is what it sounds like, I doubt that has anything to do with the company itself. Keep in mind that this is an actual company that seems to be successful enough to afford their advertising and cost of production, plus hire several third party collection companies to handle the sales and customer service end of their campaign.

Ordered, merchandise, says free on tv. but never rec. it

ordered merchandise, never rec. it. it did say free anyhow. next thing, my bank is being tapped. they say they will keep sending merchandise and other charges will appear. since I dd not rec. this merchandise, I don't think I should be charged anything. why do these kinds of companies be on tv, anxious to take and rob yo credit cards. shame shame shame. yes, I cancelled my card, but it was too late. I try to file a claim, I do not see their building address. I quess they operate out of a box. the claim form ask for a address. they use a po box to cover themselves

if you never received the product, then you have to file a claim with the USPS just like you would with any other package you ordered and never received. you can also call in and get a tracking id.

Gift Card Review

So call me an *** but I know the scam that these guys do. So what I did was I used a (I believe it was a visa) gift card and I didn't think they would actually accept it but they did. They sent me the product and I received a letter saying that my card did not go through and I owe them nearly $300!!. The card had enough on it for the $39.95 offer but they want to charge you an arm and a leg for things you don't need. SCAM!! I called the number and spoke with a woman (that I could hardly understand) and told her that it was a gift card and she sounded very angry and rudely replied that they do not accept gift cards and I needed to send the product back. Now they send me letters saying that they are forwarding me to collections, but how?? They know nothing about me right?? Is there a way that they can do that?

Horrible company

I knew I should have said no! I have been calling for days to cancel, and have stayed on the line each time over an hour. I hate companies like this, even if the product was fabulous. My next step is to get in touch with Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. I do n ot trust companies that provide service like this one. Also I have an associate who has gone through the same ordeal and is still waiting for a call back. I am going to try once more, if I do not get a response I will move on to get in touch with consumer affairs, I do not want this company to have my credit information in its files, thats how much I trust them.

Want to know the best way to get back every penny these *** have ever stolen from your account? When you do finally get a "customer service" rep on the phone, calmly tell them that you are one click away from submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Or the New Jersey Attorney General's office. Those magic words seem to have quite the effect on these c0n artists. Same thing happened to me after MULTIPLE requests to cancel and return their over-priced junk products, yet money kept disappearing from my account. If you don't get a refund of ALL funds back into your account, proceed with said BBB/AG complaint.

The BBB WILL get your money back, it just takes a little longer. Best of luck!

I APPLIED FOR THE HYROXATONE CREAM PRODUCTS I TRIED IT ABOUT TWO MONTHS NO RESULTS I CALLED THE COMPANY AND CANCELLED MY SUBCRITION THEY KEPT TAKING THE MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT IT TOOK SEVERAL TIMES CALLING THE COMPANY TO GET THEM TO STOP THE DEDUCTION.THEY KEPT TELLING ME MY MONEY WOULD BE REDEPOSITED INTO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH NO PREVAIL T KEPT CALLING THE COMPANY THEN I WENT ON THE WEBSITE AND STARTED SEEING ALL THE COMPLAINTS AGAISNT THE COMPANY FOR THEIR PRODUCTS AND THE SAME SITUATION ABOUT THEM REPEATELY TAKING YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT.

Risk free and free product are two different things. I suggest reading the terms and agreement rather than wasting the bbb's time for something you blindly agreed too.

Same thing happened to me, I am on the phone with now listening to their BS. I called last month and cancelled after receiving a call saying they were going to continue sending me the product.

Now they have charged me again, I reported it as fraud to my bank as well. I just spoke to customer service agent Ron who says they are going to refund me.

They are risk free trials not free products. Sounds to me like people need to read terms and conditions when they order anything because I wouldn't give my credit card number out without knowing the details.Nothing in this world is free.

On the risk free trial, a two month supply is sent out with gifts. You get the luxury of trying products for a full 30 days before you buy them. People get upset about being billed after their 30 day trial, you could have returned it, as it states in your statement and before you gave your credit card number.There is %90 satisfaction rate after 60 days. A risk free trial is like fat free milk.

The milk is not free of price, it is free of fat.

A risk free trial is free of risk. sounds to me like there are a lot of uneducated people out there.

You are not able to try the product without giving them your credit card number as this is required for the postage. These people have requested their money back if they were not satisfied and not to send any further product. If you read their complaints properly then you would be able to understand their dilemma.

Withdraw money from my account

after finishing Coles survey, HYDROXaTONE came up as a gift for that survey with only $1. So I accepted just to see how it works. But when I read the review for cream , I scared to use that. I called them and cancelled but that indian guy on the phone didn't tell me , I needed to post products and return them. Now HYDROXTAN withdraws $140 from my account and they didn't accept to stop even if I post their products. Because it's only way that they can sell their products and earns monet. What's the name of company when they withdraws of your account without your satisfaction?? GOOd JOB HYDROXATONE ,it's only way that you can earn money.

Hydroxotone took my money and it was he'll to get them to stop!

I was scammed not once but twice!!! My daughter tried it without me knowing. I tried it and when I noticed the charges coming out of my accounts I was furious!!!! I tried to stop the charges and that was *** it took a act of congress to stop it!!, then I demanded refunds well I should have been talking to the wall because the wall would have helped me more!!!! I told Hydroxatone that they were scam artist!!! I am so glad that someone is doing something about it!! I did not authorize this customer to take money out of my account. I did not keep their products I put return to sender on the box but they kept my money. I hope this sends a message!!!! Thank you so much for what you are doing. God Bless!!!!

Hello, I understood that I was paying $1.99 for postage only for a free sample of Hydroxatone and have now recieved a charge of $69.95 + transfer fee of $1.61 on my credit card. I did not authorise this payment and would like to know what to do. This is obviously a scam and would really like to have my money refunded. The product is in a very small jar - looks like a sample and is not worth what has been charged on top of the fact that I only authorised payment of $1.91. They can't be allowed to get away with this. Maggs

Overcharge

Last March 5 I got an email from tepal amazing offer and coupon when I go to the website I saw this hydroxatone that I never heard before. It said trail for 1.99 I said this is true I sign in and I gave my credit card. April 5 here this 2 bottle came when I got it in the post office I have to pay 29.85 Canadian dollar I said in the post office they didn't told me that is a shipping cost I Told them to return but she told me if I return have to pay another 29dollar. there is no term and condition in the package so I got it but surprise April 29 they charge my card of 72.95May 26is 69.95 May 27 6.95 I called them of May 28 but after 30 minutes of ringing nobody answer the phone.How do this scam company stop charging me. This is not a good habit scaming customer. Reply me please.

Oh no! I just fell for this last week.

I was told I would pay $1.99 shipping and handling. I refused to give them my credit card number, so I went out and got a prepaid $25. Credit card, spent $20. So there is only $5.00 left on the card.

If they want to make additional charges they are put of luck, but from everything I've read it looks like I will NOt be sent a trial package, but the regular size and they will ask for payment, since they don't have a credit card number. They wanted to give me another trial size of another product and I said no. They called me three times this morning and I said I don't want your product, DO NOT PHONE ME AGAIN.

Now I know they will harass me.
