I worked for this company a little over 2 years ago. I admit that their advertising is questionable, but what's worse is their business sensibility. They had a call center manager that was inflating numbers to make it look like we were doing better than we actually were, a "higher up" having relations with his assistant and several leads and supervisors who were drinking on the job selling prescription and street drugs. I must admit I was paid well, but tell me what company folds if the customer threatens BBB, AG or Consumer affairs.? To me that degrades your brand. If you believe so much in the brand then why are they allowing customers to keep the product free of charge once they say those magic words? Atlantic Coast Media group disgusts me. They have cheap products, hire unprofessional staff and advertise deceitful marketing. To anyone that so much as thinks of buying this product, DON'T. I can tell you first hand I took 50-60 calls a day and out of those customer's a few actually saw immediate results. Some I coerced in to keeping and paying for it, since that was my livelihood. I will admit our customer base was just as awful. But, again who you market to and how you market will drive your customer base. FYI this company has also had a couple law suits which is why they had to downsize their call center. They're irresponsible with their money and even had to fire their head marketing vp, because he essentially cost them millions due to his reckless spending. Yes, I am airing their dirty laundry because of their business practices and the way they market. Their commercials also SUCK. They spend millions upon millions on marketing and their commercials are so generic and boring. I will be posting this on every complaint board I can find. People deserve to know who they are buying from.

any job I've ever had requires the employee to sign forms when they get hired saying they won't go and "air dirty laundry" about their employer....I hope they sue you for defamation and breach of contract, you sound like some scumbagggg that is mad that you didn't meet your sales quota to make your umm..."livelihood" lolz

Misleading ad

wanted the trial item but I was billed and still am being charged 119.00 plus 40.00 shipping I was told not to take the tv reliable source.phone automated ordering is deceptive.i see very little improvement. it is not what it appears on the ad you expect rep, was rude and proceeded to say i could not return it that quickly.i did not want my card charged,i assumed way too much with this company and will never get duped aagain apparently we are to assume tv ad they run must be scrutinoized and read between lines.

Joann Lucero complaint did not get refund

I ordered hydroxitone when it was first advertised on tv. I have received a notice in the mail. The notice is under my name Joann Lucero 55-A upper San Pedro Rd. Espanola, N.M. 87532 I would like to join in the law suit.I have rea d review that the product is un safe and that is why I did not want the product. I don't have record of the company refunding money to my credit card. I have been hearing stories about this company scam. It was proved to me when I received the notice in the mail on 5-1-2013. No refund big time run around

They advertise full refund, they claim you did not return the merchandise, and on it goes. They want a delivery confirmation number, they say that they have a different order number. It is very frustrating and the product is nothing more than mere cold cream or hand lotion! They give mail order people a bad name that is for sure. I finally told them I give up and they can keep the money it is not worth the headache. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and dont order anything from them. It is not just me there are complaints all over the internet.

when cancelled they continue to charge for return product I feel I have been scammed this company is over charging people for something they don't have If there is a law against this please let me know I can only put stop payment at my bank and that cost 35.00 dollars and they charging me four payments of 69.95 this company is a big scam if any one else has a better solution please e-mail me.this company needs to checked out they are robbing people checking accounts there need to be a law against this.beenig charged for something I don't have

If I were you I would close that checking acct and open another....problem solved!! As far as when you return anything....ALWAYS send return receipt request. It may cost an extra $2, but well worth it in the end!!

Unauthorised monies stolen from account

I only ever ordered a free sample for $1.99 postage, now they are arriving erratically with $16.00 taken out of my account every month for postage and then a further $140 a month for products I am not even receiving. I have never signed nor authorised any products to be sent to me, and never at this price per month. I am so angry that it has taken me months to notice. my name is Alanna Gray and both Hydroxotone and Bellaplex has ripped me of I am guessing since the monetary value is the same then the company scamming everybody is also the same.

Let me get this right, you're being charged $140 a month for product and have a monetary loss of $746? If *what you say is true* that would mean this has been going on for over 5 months.

I call bullsh!t....you're an *** for allowing this to go on for so long, I have zero pity for a fool like yourself who apparently cannot keep track of their finances. Wow, take some responsibility for your own actions, any SANE person would have noticed the first month's charges and gotten this "issue" taken care of immediately. Sent 2 jars of hydroxatone and put unwanted charges on my credit card. I'm returning unused jar.

This product also caused some irritation on my face. So I don't think it is cracked up to be what the advertisement says. I returned the unused portion of hydroxatone cream. I am called my credit card company and advising them not to put anymore charges on my account without my permission from three companies that are a scam - Great Fun, Budget Savers and Savings to Go. Please alert the consumers of this scam. I am upset with what has happened in this issue and will not let it happen again if I can help it in the future.

This is a total rip-off and scam. They got me for 4 charges of $69.95 and 1 of $7.95.

Customer Service is a joke, when andif you are able to speak with someone. Also very rude. They do not respond to emails and flat out lie about their return policy. And also flat out lie about when you received product and when you contacted them for return.

If they even acknowledge you contacted them. Total scam. They should be investigated by any and all consumer protection agencies and shut down. Had my card deactivated.

They still snuck in one more charge. Finally closed bank account.

Scam saying I did not return product

RETURNED PRODUCT, 2 days after I got, I returned because I looked at scams online for this product. I emailed them that I am keeping for my records and my product was returned. This was there response.Our records show that as of today, June 9, 2012, we still have NOT received the returned products. Kindly provide us with the delivery confirmation number and tracking details that was provided to you by the Post Office when you returned the products so we can facilitate your account cancellation request immediately. They wont be able to charge me again though I cancelled my credit card. These people are something else,what a fraud!!

THEY GAVE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered hydroxatone for their trial period, I was dissatisfied with the product so I canceled. They didnt't cancel when I asked them to, but sent me another package and charged me again. I spoke with customer service with no satisfied results, so I asked to speak with the supervisor. That was a mistake. He was very rude and didnt't care if I was an unhappy customer and would only give me inside store credit. Now help me to understand, why would I want store credit if I sent their unworth yand false advertising product back in the first place?

I have filed a class action lawsuit against Hydroxatone for scamming customers via the "risk free trial" - customers who ordered Hydroxatone and returned the product within 30 days, but were still charged for the product and/or placed on "auto-ship" and billed further or sent additional, unwanted, product without the customer's consent. Hydroxotone is now working thur "National Magazine Exchange"p.o. box 9084 Clearwater Fla 33758-**** they told my husband that he would get a 25 dollar gift card for discounts and ended up with receiving the hydroxotone cream and they charged him for s/h and was told when cancelled to send back days shorther than the 30 day trial But He had no idea even what the cream was hes disabled and hard of hearing and did not understand,I had to help him cancel it and the guy still tried to sell me stuff was given 3 different phone numbers to call to cancel ,He was calling for magazines.They tried to sell him 13 magazines plus get free watch 2 and an blaclet then he said no cancelled and was turn over to another caller and received the cream and a 25 gift certicate for discount and a chanced on sweepstakes.

At end it then said National Magazine Exchange p.o. Box 62765 Baltimore,MD 21264-**** He has to pay for s/h to send Back This was Bait and SWITCH plain and simple!

How dose and sakes person sale and o;d man Face Cream and he did now even what it was! :sigh

Hydroxatone Beauty separate envelopes mind you, filled my mailbox up today! What does 'each' one promise??

How much my elderly mother will just adore their product, only shipping charges either will apply or maybe already 'have been' applied to her bank account--- at least .95 per order--

So, appears I own or she owns, Hydroxatone FIVE ORDERS WITH BEAUTY DOLLARS EQUAL-40 DOLLARS PER/ and the date?

Get this!

The DATE IS FOR 2 WEEKS AGO----AUGUST 19th, 2015! (it's 28th, and her birthday was well, never mind---)

Can't help but wonder.........she better not be missing a cent from her account.

She has never ordered, nor has she received anything from this company!!! I have better things to do today, but don't like practices like this being ignored.......irritated in SC.

Don't order this product! No good at all! I have invested over $200.00 and it's been a rip off big time! Called and told them I was not happy at all with their product and customer service rep said I was over my 30 free trial and all she could do was give me her employee credit of twenty dollars to drop it from sixty nine dollars to fourty nine dollars and I told her just to charge that amount to my credit card so i could be done with this whole thing and her name was Cindy, so she did charge that amount right away! It's a scam!

Hydroxatone charge for free product doewsn't work

Hydroxatone doesn't work, they will send two jars when you ask for the free trial, then the next month they charge heavily for that second jar. My wife thought she was getting a free product to try but it cost her one hundred and forty dollars for that thought, when she got her credit card bill the next month. I would not think that local television chanels would promote such a product rip off to their viewers. They want us to view their programing news etc. but they aRE AS UNTRUST WORTHY AS THE COMPANIES WHICH PRODUCE THESE SNAKE OIL RIP OFF PRODUCTS, i WILL NEVER BUY anything from an infomercial again.

Hydroxatone did not pay for return of items, it cost me $10.90

the merchandise did not work, and it also irrated my skin, I called and requested how to return the items, and they gave me number to put on the box for the return, and said I would not be charged for the postage, the USPS did not accept that number and I had to pay $10.90 to return the items. I called them and told them what happened and the party thaty I spoke to was extremely unhelpful, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she tells me that she is the supervisor. It costs me over $100.00.

...the number they gave you was a return merchandise authorization number, not a number to give the post office so they wouldn't charge you shipping. It does say quite clearly in the terms and conditions (that you need to agree to before we will even send out a product), that the customer is responsible for return shipping.

I feel bad for the poor people at the post office listening to you.."but it's a free-shipping-number!"..umm, no. This is the kind of complaint that makes me just sigh.

Hydroxatone: scam

Called two weeks ago and canceled order. Today I was charged again and when I called they said their was nothing they can do, seeing my call was not in their system. Gave name of rep. I talked to and they said they have 2 of them and seeing I didn't have anymore info on them they couldn't do anything.I work in the customer service business and they do not have very good customer service. The girl on the phone did tell me they have a B rating. I will call my bank and make sure nothing else from this company comes through.
